01 · Signs
How do you know you have bed bugs?
Bites in a line on skin that was exposed while you slept, plus dark spots on the mattress seams, are the classic sign. Bites alone are not proof. Many things bite. An inspection confirms it.
Sign 01Dark spotting on seams
Small black or rust spots along mattress seams, box spring corners, and headboard joints.
Sign 02Bites in a row
Itchy welts in a line or cluster on arms, neck, or legs, often noticed in the morning.
Sign 03Shed skins and eggs
Pale, empty skins and tiny white eggs in seams, behind headboards, or in nightstand joints.
Sign 04Live bugs
Flat, reddish-brown, apple-seed-sized insects in bedding or furniture.
Sign 05Recent travel or used furniture
Most cases we see start with a hotel stay, a guest, or a secondhand couch or mattress.

03 · Our treatment plan
How we handle bed bug control.
- 01
Inspect
We inspect beds, furniture, baseboards, outlets, and nearby rooms to map how far the infestation has spread.
- 02
Identify species
We confirm bed bugs, since bat bugs, fleas, and other insects can look similar and need different plans.
- 03
Written plan
You get a written preparation checklist, the treatment method (chemical, heat, or both), and a timeline.
- 04
Treat
We treat every confirmed and at-risk area, with heat available for qualifying rooms.
- 05
Follow-up
We return to inspect and treat again if needed. If bed bugs come back within 90 days, so do we, free.
04 · Warranty
What it covers.
If bed bugs come back in treated rooms within 90 days, we re-treat free.
Warranty requires completing the preparation checklist and allowing access for follow-up. New introductions from travel, guests, or furniture after treatment are not covered.

What people ask us.
Do I need to throw away my mattress?+
Usually not. Most mattresses can be treated and then sealed in a bed bug encasement.
How long until they're gone?+
Most homes need a treatment and a follow-up about two weeks later. Heat can clear qualifying rooms in one day.
Can I treat bed bugs myself?+
Store sprays tend to scatter bed bugs into other rooms. Professional treatment is much more reliable.
Do I have to leave my home?+
For heat treatment, you will be out for the day. For other treatments, you will stay out of treated rooms for a few hours.
