Is it time to call for general pest control?
If you are seeing the same pest more than once a week, the problem is already established. One roach at night or a line of ants on the counter usually means there are many more out of sight.
Sign 01Roaches after dark
Roaches in the kitchen or bathroom when the light comes on, especially small tan ones near the stove or dishwasher.
Sign 02Ant trails
Steady trails along baseboards, countertops, or window sills, often after a rain or a dry spell.
Sign 03Scorpions inside
A scorpion in the bathtub, a shoe, or on the wall, common on rocky lots in Boerne, Helotes, and Fair Oaks Ranch.
Sign 04Fire ant mounds
Fresh loose-soil mounds in the lawn or along the driveway, especially a few days after rain.
Sign 05Webs and spiders
Heavy webbing in eaves, garages, and storage areas, which can mean an insect population is feeding them.

How we handle general pest control.

Inspect
We inspect the kitchen, baths, garage, attic access, exterior foundation, eaves, and landscape beds.

Identify species
We name what is active. German and American cockroaches need different baits. Fire ants and crazy ants need different products.

Written plan
You get a written plan listing the target pests, products, where they go, and what you can do to help.
- 04
Treat
Interior baits and crack-and-crevice treatment where needed, plus an exterior barrier and treatment of harborage areas like rock borders and woodpiles.

Follow-up
We check in after the first service and come back free if covered pests return within the 90-day warranty.

What it covers.
If covered pests come back within 90 days of service, so do we, free.
Covered pests are those listed on your service record. Some pests, including termites, bed bugs, and rodents, are covered under their own services. The warranty requires access for re-service.

How soon will I see results?+
Many crawling pests drop off within days. Baited German cockroaches can take two to three weeks to fully collapse.
Do you treat inside or only outside?+
Both, when the evidence calls for it. Many homes only need exterior and garage work after the first visit.
Why do I see more bugs right after service?+
Treated insects often come out of hiding for a few days. That usually means the treatment is reaching them.
